3. Account and Data

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are also responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including resumes, job descriptions, and personal data. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We apply reasonable security controls and data-sanitisation measures, but no system can guarantee complete removal or protection of all sensitive information. You should remove or redact sensitive data before uploading content, including identifiers (e.g., national ID/social security numbers), financial details, health information, passwords, or private access credentials.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the Service for any fraudulent or illegal activity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service
• Share account access or credentials with others
• Submit misleading job descriptions or content
• Use the Service to generate content that infringes third-party rights

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to tailor resumes and generate cover letters. AI outputs are suggestions based on your input; you are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content before submitting applications. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific job or employer.

6. Purchases and Refunds

Purchases (e.g., token packs, one-time packages) are final unless otherwise stated. Refund eligibility is determined by our payment provider and applicable consumer law. Contact us with specific refund requests.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content to provide and improve the Service. SKIPIL CV, the Service, its design, and our trademarks remain our property.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT (E.G. JOB OFFERS).

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKIPIL CV AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
